We accept cash (money orders- U.S. Dollars only), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
If paying by method other than credit card, fill out order form, print, and then mail to address at bottom. All checks or money orders MUST have your street address (no P.O. Box only), phone number, date of birth (month, day & year), and driver's license number.

All items ordered by the recipient will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Postage plus a $1.00 handling fee will be added to all orders. Insurance coverage is optional.
