Now, Beverly is adding several Frankie & Baby styles to this exciting collection.  Named after her beloved poodles, the Frankie & Baby collection was inspired by a visit to China in the early 1980s.  With the debut of Canton, Beverly introduced a unique category of footwear: lavishly decorated, beaded shoes with comfortable rubber soles.

At the time her Frankie & Baby shoes debuted, Beverly wrote a whimsical story that described the collection's origin from her poodles' perspective.  According to the story, the poodles took an around-the-world trip that ended at the Great Wall of China.  There "inspiration struck" and they began to work on the new collection.  "At poodle level," the story goes, "they wanted to see the world's feet sparkle..."
